Not only did they go above and beyond by returning my forgotten earpods promptly, but they also provided ironing facilities in the room, which was a lifesaver for someone with a busy schedule like mine. the heating and air conditioning were perfectly regulated, ensuring a comfortable stay regardless of the weather outside. the tea and coffee facilities in the room added a homely touch, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring Istanbul's cultural gems. the attention to detail, such as the turndown service and the cozy sitting area, made me feel truly pampered. the terrace offered breathtaking views of the bustling city below, where I enjoyed a cup of tea in the mornings and a glass of wine in the evenings. the soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep, away from the vibrant streets of Taksim. I must also mention the delightful garden furniture where I spent a relaxing afternoon immersed in a book. the proximity to renowned restaurants like Zubeyir Ocakbasi and Hill Terrace Restaurant made dining out a convenient and delightful experience.
